The cartridge dust collector is a highly efficient industrial dust removal device, which is widely used in various industries that generate dust. It plays a crucial role in improving the working environment, ensuring the normal operation of production equipment, and meeting environmental protection emission requirements.

Working Principle: After the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first passes through an air distribution device. This device can evenly disperse the gas and direct it to the cartridge area. The cartridges are made of special filter materials such as glass fiber and polyester fiber, which have fine and dense pore structures. When the dusty gas passes through the cartridges, dust particles are intercepted on the surface of the cartridges because their particle size is larger than the pores of the filter material, or due to collisions, interceptions, and diffusions with the filter material fibers. Even extremely fine dust particles will increase the chance of contact with the fibers due to Brownian motion and thus be captured. As the dust continuously accumulates on the surface of the cartridges, the resistance of the cartridges will increase. At this time, the ash removal system needs to be activated. The common ash removal method is pulse – jet ash removal. Compressed air is instantaneously ejected from the pulse valve, and a large amount of air is induced by the venturi tube to rush into the inside of the cartridges. The powerful air flow makes the cartridges expand and deform instantaneously. The dust layer falls off under the action of vibration and air flow and drops into the ash hopper at the bottom of the dust collector.
