Handheld laser welding machine welding process parameters and material and power size selection:
The operation and setting of the controller are all completed on the touch screen. The interface includes three pages: home page, parameter setting and port configuration. The lower-left corner of the home page is the key to switch between Chinese and English interfaces. After power on, it firstly enters into the boot screen, when the touch screen and the controller are connected and communicated normally, and the initialization is completed, it enters into the main interface. The home screen includes the following contents:
1, parameter serial number: the controller supports the storage of 30 groups of different welding parameters, directly select the call, convenient operation.
2, power ramp-up time (ms): the first trigger processing signal laser PWM duty cycle and laser power from 0% to the set value of the time used (handheld welding is recommended to set to 0);;
3, power slow down time (ms): disconnect the trigger processing signal after the laser PWM duty cycle and laser power from the set value to stop the light of the continuation of the time (handheld welding is recommended to be set to 0);;
4, PWM frequency (Hz): the number of times per second signal from high level to low level and then back to high level (recommended settings for 800HZ-5000HZ);;
5, PWM duty cycle (%): a pulse period in the high level in the entire cycle accounted for the proportion (recommended setting for 70% -80%);;
6, laser power (%): a laser work when the laser power output (according to the thickness of the plate is recommended to be set to 50% -70%);;
7, open the light before blowing delay (ms): a trigger processing signals to start blowing to start the time required to light; (handheld welding is recommended to open 50ms);;
8, off the light after the blowing delay (ms): disconnect the trigger processing signal blowing continues to continue the time; (handheld welding is recommended to set to 50ms);;
9, open the gas valve: gas valve switch can be tested before welding gas valve is normal, the amount of gas out of the normal;;
10, open red light: control the laser guide red light switch (this function according to the characteristics of the laser is not open for the time being);;
11, open the wire: manually control the wire feeder wire feed, this function needs to be matched with the wire feeder to be used.
12,Start/Stop switch: click “Start”, the device enters the ready-to-work state, the laser can produce light; click “Stop”, the device enters the standby state, the laser can not produce light.
