working principle:
After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the action of the air distribution plate, some coarse particles in the air flow directly sink under the action of gravity and inertial force; after the dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter the dust filter room, Through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieving, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the air outlet through the fan. In order to clean the filter cartridge, use compressed air (0.4-0.7Mpa) to generate a strong airflow through the electromagnetic valve and release it to the center of the filter cartridge, oscillating and blowing down the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridge like a vibration wave and falling to the bottom inside the ash hopper. In order to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the filter cartridge for dust removal, the pulse control system performs back blowing according to the set procedure.
