1, Do not touch the inside of the chassis. There is high voltage inside the chassis, do not touch the inside of the machine under the power-on state and within 15 minutes of shutdown.
2, do not allow private disassembly, installation, modification of the welding machine. May cause electric shock or fire, prohibit any behavior other than that specified in the operation manual.
3, do not peep or touch the laser. Peeking and direct laser light on the skin is highly dangerous, and direct laser light into the eyes may cause blindness.
4, Wear protective eyewear. Make sure to wear protective glasses before using the welding machine. Even if protective glasses are worn, direct laser light into the glasses can still cause insomnia!
5, Prohibit direct laser light to the skin. Direct light can cause serious skin burns.
6, do not touch the workpiece being welded or just finished welding. The workpiece is very hot in the above cases.
7, Use only the given cable. Use of other cables or poor connection may cause fire.
8, Do not damage the power cord and various connecting cables. Do not step on, stretch or twist the power cord and any connection cables. Doing so may cause a short circuit or fire. If any place needs to be repaired, please contact our company.
9, If the machine appears abnormal, please turn off the machine immediately and stop using it. If the machine appears to burn, strange noise, overheating or smoke and other accidents, please immediately shut down the machine and stop using it, otherwise it may be electrocuted or cause a fire. If the above situation occurs, please contact our company immediately.
10, It must be grounded. If it is not grounded, it may cause electric shock when an abnormality occurs.
11, Use the protection device. Laser light is harmful to the human body. In order to prevent the scattering of laser light, you can use some protective devices (some heat-resistant, laser-absorbing and radiation-proof materials).
12, wearing a pacemaker is strictly prohibited near the welding machine. Without a doctor’s permission, pacemaker wearers are strictly prohibited from approaching the welding machine in working condition or moving around the welding machine. The welding machine will generate magnetic field, which may affect the normal operation of the pacemaker and jeopardize the patient’s life.Do not splash water on the welder. This may cause the welder to short-circuit or catch fire.
14, cut cables or connecting wires, please use strippers, crimpers and other tools. Do not cut the connecting wires.
15, Place the welding machine in a level and safe place. Welding machine fall may hurt people or machine.
16, Do not put containers of water on the welding machine. Water spilled on the welding machine may cause electric shock or fire.
17, Keep away from flammable materials. Welding spatter may ignite flammable items.
18, Do not shine the laser light on flammable materials. To avoid fire, it is prohibited to shine the laser light on flammable materials.
19, It is prohibited to cover the welding machine with blankets and fabrics. It is prohibited to cover the surface of the welding machine with blankets or other materials when using the welding machine (may cause a fire).
20, in addition to welding metal, welding machine can not be moved to other uses. Using it for other purposes may cause electric shock or fire.
21, wear protective gear. When welding, you must wear protective eyewear, protective gloves, long-sleeved jackets, leather aprons and other protective clothing. Splatter may injure the eyes and skin.
22, next to the welding machine to place a fire extinguisher. As a precaution, place a fire extinguisher next to the welding machine.
23, Regular maintenance and repair. The welding machine should be regularly maintained and serviced to prevent any potential hazards.
